Our January club meeting is open to the public.

Following the meeting, we will have a style tasting features stouts. The club will provide at least two commercial examples for tasting, possibly more. Due to being in a public drinking establishment, we unfortunately won’t be able to taste home-brewed examples, but we are happy to share some to take home. This is open to dues-paying members. Why not join?

There are quite a few different subcategories of stouts such as dry Irish, milk, oatmeal, imperial, and barrel-aged. So this is a good opportunity to learn the differences between them and what you might like to brew. And after all, what's better on a cold January evening than a dark roasty stout?
