We know it feels like ages since we’ve had an in-person club event. Many of us are missing the fellowship and interactions club events bring. As you know, Montana is now in Phase 2 of reopening and is allowing groups of up to 50 people to meet. Now, groups of up to 50 people are allowed to meet. Given this rule change, we (the club officer team) have made the decision to move forward with plans to hold in-person meetings again. We are starting with our July Club Meetup on Thursday, July 2nd, 2020 at 6PM MDT and invite you to join us at the pavilion at Glen Lake Rotary Park for our first summer gathering.
As you'd expect, we're excited to meet face-to-face with you all again. It's been too long and, if there's ever been a year we could all use a beer, it's 2020. All that said, we want you to know we're aware COVID-19 remains at large.
COVID-19 In-Person Meeting Protocols
To that effect, we're taking precautions to ensure everyone's health and safety during the event. We are doing this so we can have a fun time, share, and also be safe at the same time!
If you've been sick or have someone in your household who is sick, we kindly ask you to please stay home. Additionally, we recommend staying home if you are not yet comfortable meeting in large groups at this time. We understand not everyone is ready or feels safe in these situations right now.
Members are encouraged to wear masks during the meeting when possible (i.e., you're not tasting /drinking beer) and will be asked to social distance. In addition, we have developed sanitation and serving protocols for in-person club meetings while COVID-19 remains a concern. For more information about our protocols, feel free to contact us.
