About the Guest Speakers
Ryan Beal is the “Head Barrel Wrangler” at Bozeman Brewing Co. A brewer and cellarman with the brewery for over 6 years, Ryan is the man behind the Bozone’s sour beer barrel program that has grown to become the largest of its kind in the state of Montana. He continues to play a key hole in the Gallatin Valley homebrew community as a BJCP-Certified beer judge and Vice President of Bridger Brew Crew.
Loy Maierhauser has been a craft beer lover and homebrewer for well over a decade. She currently works at MAP Brewing Co. as the Administrator of Many Things juggling brewery responsibilities in the brewhouse and beyond. In addition, she’s a Certified Cicerone and BJCP-Certified beer judge, as well as cofounder of local beer events company and Bozeman Craft Beer Week creator, Fermentana. Loy also currently serves on Bridger Brew Crew’s 2020 officer team as Member-at-Large.
