Join Erik Fowler, White Labs Education manager, as we review major metabolites like diacetyl, esters, phenols, and more! We'll discuss how these compounds are formed, when they're desired and when they're not and how to control them. Grab a beer and bring your questions!

The webinar will take place on Zoom. Meeting login information will be sent out to club members via email. We will also record the session and make it available to members afterward.

About the Guest Speaker

Erik Fowler has been with White Labs since 2014. Before coming to White Labs, he worked for: a prominent regional brewery, a nano-brewery, and several beer and wine focused retail outlets. He has led education classes on yeast handling, sensory techniques and QC.
