Our next virtual club meetup is Thursday, November 5th at 6PM MT. During our November meeting, we'll be joined by guest speaker, Hannah Turner, the Lab Director of Montana State University's Barley, Malt, and Brewing Quality Lab.
Hannah will take us on a deep dive into the origins of malt flavor outside of the well-known contributions of kilning. We will consider variety, biochemistry and modification, and terroir with a review of current research into these areas.
This meeting will take place on Zoom. Call-in details for the meeting will be sent out a few days before the event.
