Update: Event start time has been moved to 6PM!
We will host the tasting for our Norwegian Kveik Yeast Brew Challenge on Saturday, September 21st at 6PM at Elizabeth Olsen’s home just south of Bozeman. Those who brewed for this challenge were all required to use the same yeast, Omega’s Hornindal Kveik OYL-091 (pictured). However, beers could be of any style and contain any other ingredients the brewers chose. Beers brewed for the challenge will be judged in a people’s choice fashion. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 beers. Snacks or a side dish are also requested. Directions and more details will be sent out closer time.
